Original equipment manufacturing means that the high quality solar modules of Emmvee Solar will be produced under a label or brand of customer`s choice. Thereby customer do not only have the choice between different power classes or used cell size and cell types. Because of EMMVEE TUF^TM - Toughend Glass - manufacturing located in our own house the customer has the choice between different sizes of front glass and therefore the possibility to create a real unicum. Furthermore do a high flexibility in production allows delivery on demand.

To guarantee long life cycle of EMMVEE Photovoltaics^TM OEM products we are using for all solar modules high quality basic material like showed in drawing 1:

OEM production requires a purchase of minimum quantities. In case of on grid modules purchase has to be at least 2 MW per customer per year. For off grid modules the minimum quantity is 10,000 pcs per customer per year. Do the customer choose a similar size like Emmvee modules he has the oppotunity to gain an IEC 61215 Ed II and IEC 61730 certificate cost-effective. Depending on the purpose special guarantees can be negotiated.
